 Samuel Salva Vice PresidentMr. Salvá is founding partner of this corporation, works with the decision making in all the phase of the business including financier, commercialization, resources, supervision,client relations, sales, and service. He is also immediate supervisor of the department of accounting, human resources, client services and the department of drawing. In addition, he follows close by all the activities of the

 Glidden Martínez Director, Technology Services DivisionMr. Martínez has twenty-one years of experience in the planning and management of software development and infrastructure projects. Mr. Martínez specializes in business management, solution selling, and the design and deployment of computing infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies and Federal Government Agencies. He has helped large corporations to develop and implement strategic collaborative solutions that have reduced costs and increased productivity throughout the enterprise.
During his career Mr. Martinez has worked for the National Air and Space Agency (NASA) as System Architect, for the Housing and Urban Development Department as technological advisor to Secretary Cisneros, for the White House (at the request of President Clinton) as Project Manager, and with Total System Solutions, Inc. as CIO. In 1997 Mr. Martinez was recognized as the youngest CIO in the Washintong, DC metropolitan area by the Washington Post. |
 José A. Lebrón, P.E. Director of Operations – Project and Construction Management DivisionsJosé, Director of Operations of ISS Corp. Puerto Rico operations, has an extensive background in project management, construction management, and mechanical equipment inspections. José is a successful engineer, experienced in business/services strategy, sales and marketing. At ISS Corp., José focuses on commercial proposals for new and actual projects, new companies, evaluating new investment opportunities and helping guide existing portfolio companies. He serves as a director of two of ISS Corp. divisions: Project Management and Construction Management.
José holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Engineering Management. He is a registered professional engineer and an active member of the Puerto Rico Engineers and Surveyors College (CIAPR), had a Certified Welding Inspector License from the American Welding Society (AWS) and is certified as authorized inspector for Pressure Vessels (API 510), Pressure Piping (API 570) and Aboveground Storage Tanks (API 653) from the American Petroleum Institute.

Dr. Yany served Squibb Manufacturing, Inc., Bristol Myers Squibb, Lederle and Wyeth Ayers Lederle on a 22 years career span during which time he assumed roles of progressive responsibility as: Technical Operations Manager, Technical Services Manager, Technical Services Director, Director of Manufacturing, and just prior to retirement, Director, Zosyn Expansion Master Plan – from design to qualification of a $140MM state of the art, aseptic manufacturing facility.
He is skilled in clean rooms technology, aseptic processing, freeze-drying technology, formulation development, product development, technology transfer, validation, new product introduction, worldwide regulatory, manufacturing, packaging, and, project management.

 Ernie Fabre Marketing DirectorMr. Fabre has a twelve years combined experience as a Finance Director, Comptroller, Auditor and Account Manager in both public accounting and in the private enterprise where he functioned as both Finance Director and Account Manager. Due the nature of the enterprise he had a complete exposure to the marketing world and he was assigned one major retailer store chain where he was responsible for managing, servicing and growing this account requiring professional image, persuasive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. In addition he further defined product mix and distribution strategies, drove all aspects of the sales process, including forecasting, pricing, new product introductions and contract negotiations. At a very young age Mr. Fabre lived and studied in Europe in a multicultural environment where he became fluent in languages such as Spanish, English, Italian, French and Russian.
