Construction Management Approach

ISS CORP. approach to a project begins by preparing and assembling the procedures and controls required fro managing the work. These documents include the construction execution plan, construction schedule, the subcontracting plan, the safety and security procedures, materials control, procurement and quality assurance procedure, and all other procedures required by the specifics of the job. The next step consists of assembling a qualified project team with the experience necessary to execute the project. This team will combine the required on0site field personnel with our regional office support structure, working with your project manager to successfully execute the project.

Once the project is underway, ISS CORP. staff performs the following functions based on the specific scope:

• Mobilize construction facilities

• Implement a strong safety culture

• Mobilize the required craft and subcontractors

• Implement project controls systems

• Implement quality control procedures

• Implement site administration procedures including accounting payroll, and human resources

Through its technical staff ISS CORP. provides project management and construction services throughout all stages of project development from technical and economic feasibility studies, through preliminary and detailed design and follow-up consultation during construction. ISS CORP. believes that regardless of the contractual arrangements, and integrated team approach is an effective method of satisfying an owner’s needs in which the project planning design and construction phases are treated as integrated tasks within a project system. These tasks are assigned to a project team consisting of the owner, the construction manager, and the design engineer. Members of the team ideally work together from inception to completion, with the common objective of optimum project execution. The team carefully examines interactions between cost, quality, and schedule so that a project of maximum value to the owner is realized within the most efficient time frame. ISS CORP. offers construction and construction management services and has provided such for both turnkey and stand-alone construction projects.

ISS CORP. provides construction services on subcontract basis for grassroots facilities, major retrofit and modifications, equipment installation, and maintenance.
